Meet the team

We are a small but passionate team of communication and behavioural insight professionals. We have deep experience at the cross-section of organisational culture, faciliation and strategic communication. Each of our team members has gained this experience working in and with government agencies, and we continue to build our skills and awareness of the latest best practices.

Her curiosity and empathy shapes her client and stakeholder interactions. By deeply understanding the individuals and communities at the core of any change, Amy effectively anticipates risks, fosters lasting relationships and achieves shared goals. Amy loves collaborating with teams to help them recognise and harness their individual and collective strengths, fostering high-performance cultures and improved outcomes.

Murphy Brown | Emotional Support Officer

Murphy Brown (Murph, Smurph or puppy brown) is an expert at brightening up our work days. Every morning, welcomes each team member with boundless enthusiasm, and is always there to lift our spirits or give a quick cuddle on a challenging day.

Murphy is the office ball-fetching aficionado, who excels at providing unwavering love to our team, but mostly, it’s him who needs the emotional support. Murphy is paid in pats, treats and the occasional ball throws and compensated appropriately for the value he brings to the team.

In December 2024, we said goodbye to one of the original Elm Team members Charlie Brown. After seven dedicated years, we will never be the same team without him.
